This is the first time in the history of agriculture that all farmers have been able to use variable rate fertilisation
Based on Sentinel-2, Landsat, and SPOT-6 satellite images, you can quickly prepare a variable map for fertilisation and start saving money on fertilising and increasing your hectare yield.
Straightforward optimisation of fertilisation
Space satellites continually monitor and capture vegetation health and biomass development on your land. Using these images and the CleverFarm application, you can prepare a variable fertilisation that can be uploaded to your tractor, broadcast spreader, or sprayer via a portable disc. The machinery then automatically doses fertiliser according to the proposed zones.
Current images and history always at hand
Images taken from a drone or tractor will cost you a lot of money. You’ll only get one image at one time for one area of land. Our application gives you access to current images of all your land and a complete history going back several years. You can monitor historical trends and make use of experience from the past.
All the information you need in one place
Vegetation health, biomass development, vegetation indices, temperature changes, rainfall in mm or total rainfall—the Sentinel module gives you all the available important data to analyse in detail the current conditions and developments over time on your land. All from the comfort of your office.
We are preparing variable sowing and POR application
The uses of satellite data technology do not end with variable fertilising. During the 2018 season, we’ll be preparing Sentinel for use with variable sowing and the variable application of crop protection products. Together with our trial farmers, we are testing new technologies in practice under field conditions.
